Specialist, Marketing and Sales

Summary

The Specialist, Marketing and Sales provides support to the marketing, account management, and sales teams. Responsibilities including developing marketing materials, presentations, and social media posts, coordinating trade show and event logistics and promotion, and managing marketing projects.

Essential Duties and Functions

  • Works closely with Director of Marketing to implement marketing activities
  • Maintains the sales territory sheets for Referral Team
  • Manages trade show and event schedule and provide post-event reports and analysis of event budget.
  • Directs trade show and event logistics, including booth scheduling and shipping, collateral coordination, and promotional giveaway ordering.
  • Updates and orders collateral as well as manages inventory of printed pieces
  • Provides CRM oversight, offers system support, implements best practices, and pulls and audits reports
  • Creates and publishes social media posts
  • Develops and maintains pricing sheets (custom and standard), as well as Section 111 Review/Reporting proposals.
  • Supports the management of webinars, confirming timely delivery of content and promotional materials before, during, and after.
  • Tracks customer acknowledgements of finalized pricing sheets.
  • Creates internal presentation decks for Town Hall meetings.
  • Collaborates with settlement consulting team to coordinate CEU course paperwork, including obtaining new CEUs and facilitating course renewals.
  • Monitors, analyzes, and reports on marketing and sales metrics.
  • Aids sales and settlement consulting teams with customer deliverables by designing and editing presentations, creating pricing sheets and sales proposals, and developing contact sheets.
  • Coordinates IMPAXX responses to RFP/RFI/RFQ requests.
  • Assists with website maintenance and content updates.
  • Manages campaign lists and audience segmentation for email marketing campaigns.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Business/Marketing related fields or equivalent working experience
  • 3 – 5 years of relevant experience; prefer experience with B2B marketing
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite and Microsoft Forms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, MS Dynamics)
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite
