Jared leads IMPAXX’s regional account manager team, who works in conjunction with our customers to tailor our solutions to best meet their needs. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, specializing in claims management and Medicare Secondary Payer Compliance.

Jared holds several certifications including Associate in Claims – Management (AIC-M), Associate in Insurance Services (AIS), and Associate in Risk Management (ARM-P) and attended Florida State University.

With ten years of experience in the MSP Compliance Industry, Ali leverages her frontline training in the MSA space to uphold high standards of compliance and foster innovation within the field. She works with customers in Connecticut, Delaware, Massachusetts, Maine, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Vermont.

Ali has bachelor’s degrees from Buffalo State University and the University of Buffalo. Her professional pursuits are enriched by a passionate interest in travel, sports, and culinary experiences, infusing a dynamic and well-rounded perspective into her work.

With more than 30 years in the P&C Insurance Industry specializing in WC and Liability Claims Management and Oversight, Bret has provided account management for Fortune 500 Companies Nationwide. At IMPAXX, Bret supports customers in Arkansas, Colorado, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Texas, and Utah.

He is experienced in both the carrier side of insurance and the TPA side of claims management and believes that in the MSP world that relationship building and being a consultant is key.

Katie brings over 15 years of industry experience to IMPAXX, having served in roles from regional account manager to chief sales officer. Her deep understanding of MSP and Section 111 Reporting, combined with her relationship-building skills, has made her a trusted resource in the field. As Regional Account Manager, Katie partners with customers in Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia.

She thrives on working directly with insurance adjusters, drawing on her ability to anticipate their needs and translate complex concepts into actionable insights. Katie’s talent for contextualizing complicated ideas enables adjusters to effectively apply her teachings, making her an invaluable partner in navigating Medicare compliance challenges.

As a seasoned account manager with more than 30 years of experience in workers’ compensation, Melissa has held positions in medical management, provider relations, bill review, claims adjusting, and for more than 14 years, Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) compliance.

She works closely with IMPAXX customers in Arizona, Hawaii, Nevada, and Southern California to add experience in claims oversight and direction while providing training to insurance carriers, self-insured entities, and third-party administrators. Melissa has also presented at industry conference including the Professionals in Workers’ Compensation (Fresno) and Arizona PRIMA.

She holds several designations from Insurance Education Associates (IEA) including CCMP, WCCP, and CPDM.

Michael joined IMPAXX in 2024 and serves as Regional Account Manager for the Florida and Alabama territories. He got his start working as a Senior Account Sales Manager at Coventry and brings more than 15 years of worker’s compensation and insurance experience to IMPAXX.

He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Steve is an experienced insurance professional with over 15 years of experience in the industry. Over the course of his career, he has gained experience handling MSP Compliance, Nurse Case Management, and Claims Investigations and Surveillance.

More than 10 years of Steve’s experience in the industry has been spent assisting clients navigate the world of Medicare Secondary Payer compliance. At IMPAXX, he works with customers in Kansas, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.

Steve has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Illinois State University.
