Catharine brings 29 years of experience in the insurance and healthcare industry to her role at IMPAXX, and is very passionate about assisting our customers. Ten of those years she spent as a liability and worker’s compensation adjuster.

Kelly Reitzer recently joined IMPAXX as a Director of Business Development. She came to IMPAXX with 16 years of professional business development experience within the insurance industry including Workers’ Compensation, General Liability, and Auto-Liability. During her professional career, Kelly has successfully delivered services that include Medical Bill Review, PPO Networks, MSP Compliance, and Transportation and Translation services.

Erik brings 35 years of insurance and claims knowledge to his role at IMPAXX. He has experience in virtually all aspects of the industry, including as a claims team supervisor at a large national carrier. In addition, Erik has provided Risk Management and program claims oversight for large self-insured employers and worked in consultative sales and account management in Pharmacy Benefit Management, Durable Medical Equipment, Bill Review, and Independent Medical Examinations.

Julie has over 20 years of in-depth knowledge and industry experience and has been instrumental in settling claims nationwide. With a keen understanding of Medicare Secondary Payer compliance, she is often consulted to offer insight, direction, and training to insurance carriers, self-insured entities, and third-party administrators.
