Jovan Shammas started her insurance career 25 years ago as a Commercial Insurance Broker in San Diego, where she specialized in providing property and casualty insurance for small and middle market businesses.
Jovan worked as a broker as she completed her bachelor’s degree in business and while finishing her MBA at National University. She later joined the claims side and began her Medicare Compliance career, specializing in territory development and account management. For more than 17 years, Jovan has specialized in managing and developing the Pacific Northwest territory while training and educating her clients on the importance of Medicare Compliance products and services.Jovan Shammas Director, Business Development
For more than 20 years, Shawn has focused on developing key executive relationships, uncovering customer needs, and delivering solutions to workers’ compensation carriers, third-party administrators, self-insurers, and large employers. His experience includes sales leadership roles in the pharmacy benefit management, medical bill review, medical equipment, and Medicare Secondary Payer compliance industries.
