With over 20 years of legal, claims, and Medicare compliance experience, Jennifer is a trusted advisor to insurers and self-insured organizations navigating the complexities of Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) compliance.
She focuses on building customized MSP compliance programs tailored to each client’s operational needs. Working directly on individual claims, Jennifer assesses future medical exposure and develops strategic solutions that support efficient and compliant claim resolution. Her deep expertise includes Section 111 Mandatory Insurer Reporting, auditing processes, strengthening internal controls to mitigate penalties, and managing conditional payment obligations.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point and her Juris Doctor from Northern Illinois University College of Law. Jennifer is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Marathon County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.

Mark Heberling has served as a Vice President of Settlement Consulting at IMPAXX since April 2022. Prior to IMPAXX, he worked for over nine years at MEDVAL, providing guidance to large national insurers on Medicare Secondary Payer Act compliance issues. He specializes in analyzing medical costs and communicating risk mitigation strategies in complex claims.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the Pennsylvania State University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

Patrick Czuprynski serves as Vice President, Lien Solutions for IMPAXX. Patrick consults and assists debtors in conditional payment administrative appeals and negotiations. This includes lien and Medicare Secondary Payer issues associated with settlements and Section 111 reporting/systems.
Patrick is a Medicare-Set-Aside Consultant Certified (MSCC), Certified Medicare Secondary Payer Professional (CMSP), and an active member of The Medicare Secondary Payer Network (MSPN).
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay and a Juris Doctorate from the Valparaiso University School of Law.

Sam Parker brings more than 17 years of medical and legal experience to his role at IMPAXX. His background includes time as a medical social worker and case manager, a project manager, and a contract administrator working with federal and state grants administration and contract negotiation.
As Assistant Vice President of Settlement Consulting, Sam works with customers to discuss mitigation options, address allocation and MSP compliance questions, review complex claim resolution strategies, and determine the best compliance solutions to meet their unique requirements.
He earned his Bachelor of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Master of Legal Studies from the Wake Forest University School of Law.

Dawn Dietz is an Assistant Vice President on the Settlement Consulting Team. She has over 10 years of experience in Medicare Secondary Payer compliance, 25 years of claims and risk management experience, and is a Certified Medicare Secondary Payer Professional (CMSP).
Dawn attended the University of Southern California and holds a life and annuity broker license in eight states.
