Bridget has over 20 years of experience as a former practicing attorney focusing on workers’ compensation, general liability, and Medicare compliance law. She works with customers to develop Medicare compliance programs and procedures and to successfully navigate Medicare Secondary Payer issues. Bridget is a co-chair of the podcast committee for the MSP Network and is part of the MARC Coalition serving on the Allocation/MSA work group.

Jennifer has been with IMPAXX (formally MEDVAL) since 2012. Prior to joining MEDVAL, Jennifer worked at a Pittsburgh-based law firm and focused her practice on Medicare Secondary Payer Act compliance. During her time with MEDVAL, Jennifer oversaw a team of analysts and consulted on various complex claims and matters nationwide. Jennifer has also been a speaker at MSP conferences and engagements.

Jennifer’s focus is on assisting clients in designing and implementing their Medicare Secondary Payer Compliance programs. She develops the training content and creates the education programs at IMPAXX, including our regular webinar series and podcast.
Jennifer is also an instructor for the Certified Medicare Secondary Payer (CMSP) and CMSP-Fellow designations. She is an Advisory Board member of The National Medicare Secondary Payer Network (MSPN formerly NAMSAP) and is a co-chair of their webinar and podcast committees.

Frank Fairchok provides technical oversight of our Medicare reporting service offerings. He has more than 12 years of experience in Medicare Secondary Payer compliance, with a focus on Mandatory Insurer Reporting for the MMSEA requirements for Section 111. Frank has also served as a frequent speaker and panelist on MMSEA Section 111 compliance for a variety of conferences and organizations including RISE, The National Medicare Secondary Payer Network (formerly NAMSAP), and WorkCompCentral.

Mark Heberling has served as a Vice President of Settlement Consulting at IMPAXX since April 2022. Prior to IMPAXX, he worked for over nine years at MEDVAL, providing guidance to large national insurers on Medicare Secondary Payer Act compliance issues. He specialized in analyzing medical costs and communicating risk mitigation strategies in complex claims.

Dawn Dietz is an Assistant Vice President on the Settlement Consulting Team. She has over 10 years of experience in Medicare Secondary Payer compliance and 25 years of claims and risk management experience.

Patrick Czuprynski is the Director of Lien Resolution for IMPAXX. Patrick consults and assists debtors in conditional payment administrative appeals and negotiations. This includes lien and Medicare Secondary Payer issues associated with settlements and Section 111 reporting/systems.
Patrick is a Medicare-Set-Aside Consultant Certified (MSCC), Certified Medicare Secondary Payer Professional (CMSP), and an active member of The Medicare Secondary Payer Network (MSPN).
