CMS to Host MSP and Certain Civil Money Penalties Webinar on January 15

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) announced they will be hosting a Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) and Certain Civil Money Penalties (CMPs) informational webinar for Non-Group Health Plans Responsible Reporting Entities (RREs) on Thursday, January 15, 2026 at 1:00 pm ET.

CMS’ presentation will include reminders about the Civil Money Penalties Final Rule, the CMP auditing process, and anticipated correspondence. The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session. RREs can submit questions prior to the webinar to a dedicated resource mailbox at [email protected].
