CMS to Host Q&A Session on the Expansion of TPOC Reporting on April 25

Due to technical difficulties during their April 16 webinar on an upcoming change to Section 111 Workers’ Compensation Reporting, that did not allow attendees to ask questions, CMS will be hosting a separate Q&A session on Thursday, April 25 at 2:30 pm ET.

The intent of this session is to give Responsible Reporting Entities (RREs) the opportunity to ask questions directly to CMS to ensure they are prepared for changes regarding the expansion of Section 111 NGHP Total Payment Obligation to Claimant (TPOC) reporting to include Workers’ Compensation Medicare Set-Aside (WCMSA) information when it is implemented on April 4, 2025.

Attendance is recommended for RREs who report Workers’ Compensation settlements. Further details can be found in the Downloads section of the Mandatory Insurer Reporting (NGHP) What’s New page on CMS.gov.
