CMS Reschedules WCMSA Reporting Webinar for April 15

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) announced they have rescheduled their Workers’ Compensation Medicare Set-Aside (WCMSA) Reporting webinar. The webinar will now be held on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 2:00 pm ET.

CMS notes that all participants are welcome, but the intended audience for this webinar is the Section 111 reporting community – Responsible Reporting Entities (RREs) and Reporting Agents.

During the webinar, CMS plans to review the WCMSA reporting process that was implemented in April 2025, discuss some of the issues encountered from CMS’ perspective, and review WCMSA reporting best practices. The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session. Participants can submit questions prior to the webinar to a dedicated resource mailbox at [email protected]. Requests for an accessible format of the presentation should also be sent to this resource mailbox.
