CMS to Review Expansion of TPOC Reporting During Webinar on April 16

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) will host another webinar on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at 2:00 pm ET regarding the expansion of Section 111 NGHP Total Payment Obligation to Claimant (TPOC) reporting to include Workers’ Compensation Medicare Set-Aside (WCMSA) information.

CMS will kick off the webinar with opening remarks and a presentation by CMS staff that will include a background recap, a summary of technical details, updated timelines, and more information on the potential impacts of Civil Money Penalties (CMPs). The presentation will be followed by a question and answer period.
