Hurricane Ian Update

 

IMPAXX’s main office and many of our teammates are based in Florida and we are preparing for the impact of Hurricane Ian on our area.

Our support staff and customer service personnel are accustomed to working remotely and we have our business continuity plan in place.

We maintain our focus on customer support and our teammates will make every effort to respond to requests quickly during this time. However, the safety of our teammates and their families remains a priority. As such, the following steps have been put in place:

    • Critical and rush customer requests will be prioritized during this time, although there may still be some delays in responding to requests.
    • Non-critical requests will be addressed when possible for the rest of this week.

As you work with our teammates, please keep in mind that some may experience localized power, Internet, and phone service outages as the hurricane approaches and passes through Florida.
